Pay attention to the various indicators of the floor

Wear-resistant revolutions: It is an important indicator that reflects the performance of the surface of the laminate floor. Wear-resistant performance directly affects the service life of the product. Generally speaking, the higher the wear-resistant revolutions, the better the wear resistance of the product. In terms of surface wear-resistant revolutions, the national standard is that commercial-grade is greater than or equal to 9000 revolutions, household use is adjusted from the original 6000 revolutions or greater to household first grade is greater than or equal to 6000 revolutions, and second grade is greater than or equal to 4000 revolutions.

Formaldehyde emission: Adhesives are used in the production process of the floor, and formaldehyde is one of the main components of the adhesive. The Chinese national standard implements a mandatory environmental protection standard for the formaldehyde emission of the floor, which is: E1 level, ≤1.5mg/L (Dryer method), ≤0.12mg/L (climate box method, used in arbitration). Products that meet the national environmental protection standards are not harmful to the human body under normal use conditions.

Floor thickness: The thickness of the floor currently on the market is generally 6-12 mm. When choosing a thicker thickness, it is not as good as possible. For example, the service life of a laminate floor depends largely on the floor surface layer. Once the surface is worn out, it cannot be used.

Assembling effect: You can assemble the two-floor samples to see if they are neat and tight after assembly. GB/T18102-2007 stipulates that the average height difference of assembly is less than or equal to 0.10mm.

Water absorption thickness expansion rate: refers to the degree of increase in the water absorption thickness of the base layer after the composite floor is soaked in water at 25°C for a period of time, expressed as a percentage. The higher the index, the easier the floor swells. The state stipulates that the laminate floor is within 2%, and the composite floor is within 3%.

Surface impact resistance: the impact test is performed on the floor using the prescribed method. The diameter of the pit left after impact is the basis for the impact performance. The smaller the diameter, the better the impact resistance and the longer the service life.
